It is walking distance to Grace Bay Beach & snorkeling at Smiths Reef. Almost on your door step, just around the marina and in Turtle Cove, are 4 great neighborhood restaurants. Fantastic excursions are also close by as the fishing boats, snorkel and dive boats all depart from this marina.
The Studio
The studio is newly refurbished (August 2020) featuring a queen size bed, a flat-screen TV, a kitchenette with a microwave, small fridge, toaster, kettle and Caffitaly coffee machine. It is stocked with flatware, glassware, and all linens. There is also a bluetooth speaker provided.
The powder room features a double vanity, which would also would be utilized as your washing up area. The space is ideal for breakfasts, light lunches, coffee and drinks on the terrace or even a take out from one of the local restaurants.
For the beach & pool there are towels, chairs, umbrella & coolers provided as well as a drying line to hang out any towels and beachwear.

The Location
On The Water Studio is located in a fully gated development that has an outstanding reputation of being safe and secure. The property is private and peaceful, featuring a 5,000 square foot three-level infinity pool and well maintained surrounding gardens. Guests have access to the entire grounds, pool, and sun loungers. This gated complex has an over-night security guard, who is up and walking the grounds on a scheduled basis. Free parking is also available on property.
